Serviio not identifying TV shows

Serviio is not identifying any of my TV shows, except Family Guy!

I tried renaming SxxExx to SxEE, and some other conventions ... confirmed that the shows are on TVDB ... re-indexed ... etc.

But it won't recognize. Movies are more or less OK.

What can I do, short of manually adding info via XML or whatever?

This is on a Mac.

Where is the "config" folder??

OK, I see it within the apps packages .. but which one do I edit?

Something wrong with tvdb?

I noticed that with series the containing folder name needs to be consistent even if the contained episodes are all non-ambiguously named. For instance I had episodes of the new Cosmos and it confused it with the old 1980 Cosmos series because my folder name was just "Cosmos" and not "Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey". Once I renamed that, it was all recognised fine.

Aha ... I renamed those "The Voice" files to "The Voice (US)" -- and now that's working. The log showed me it was trying to pull "The Voice Brasil".

But Cosmos still not loading ... I'd rather NOT have to organize stuff by folder. Most stuff works well without subfolders.

And Cosmos doesn't even show up in the log as an attempted scan ... it's being ignored. Any ideas why?

Just change "Space Time" to "SpaceTime" -- no space!
