Vizio Smart TV was working but now it's not.

I was able to get my Vizio Smart TV to stream videos using the DirecTV profile but now my tv doesn't list any files. I don't think anything has changed or if there has been a system update on my tv which may have caused it to not work anymore. I tried using the DeviceSpy to see what files my Vizio supports but the UPnP program doesn't work on my Mac. I have a Vizio model E552VLE version 2.13.4.0935. I also saw the topic providing transcoding code for another Vizio but I have no idea where to enter the code.

try using the sony profiles (on your vizio tv in serviio) and chose the best one.
for me, it was sony bravia tv (2013)
