Samsung TV cannot see Serviio

I have a Samsung smart TV that has worked with serviio before but since moving and setting up my configuration even slightly differently it has not longer been able to see the serviio process running on my computer.
As of right now i have a dlink dir 601 running as the main router and the Samsung tv is plugged in via ethernet to this router. I have my computer that is running serviio hooked up to another router (dlink dir 615) that is running dd-wrt. The dlink 615 is set up in client bridge mode, since for whatever reason wireless repeater isn't an option for the router. If I plug my laptop into the main router (dlink 601) I can ping my computer running serviio just fine and can see that it is on the network and my computer can also see everything that is connected to the network, however for some reason my Samsung TV cannot tell that serviio is running on the network.
The only difference I have between when it was working in my previous set up and how it is now is that my computer was going through the same router but I can't seem to figure out why that would make a difference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
