[SOLVED] Suddenly not seen by my TV - worked fine for months

serviio has been serving me perfectly for quite some time, but suddenly yesterday my samsung tv no longer saw it.
this is weird as i use serviio every day.
i have reset this, restarted that, cycled all the hardware and tested the cables - everything works fine hardware-wise, just no serviio option on my tv anymore. i've worked for over an hour, which is more than i've ever had to. i have also looked in the FAQs but don't see this particular issue.

one thing of note - i plugged my blackberry into my pc so i could charge it while being close to me, and it launches this big and unnecessary app for managing the blackberry. i have since shut this down, but i did notice that in the list of bound IPs, there is now a blackberry interface option which i do not recall before - but this was not the first time i had plugged it in to my pc, so who knows how long that was there, i only mention it because it seems new to me. i disabled the network option in my computer, but it is making no difference.

as far as i can tell, there have been no java or serviio software updates in the last day, so it can't be that though there were a few windows updates - like every few days there's one or two.
i am using verison 1.4.1.2 and can't figure anything out

i have attached my log - please apply generous suggestions!
note there is also a large file in my folder created yesterday called "serviio.log.2", it's 5336KB.
there is also a file called "derby", 1kb

Re: Suddenly not seen by my TV - worked fine for months

no one replied and that made me really sad.
so i uninstalled serviio and reinstalled it - no change.
then i double-double-checked the cable to the tv by plugging my laptop into it and again - connection...
...which i analyzed further and discovered was a wireless connection.

i pulled all the cabling out and found a disconnected cable at the hub end. :|
replugged it, it works

Don't feel sad about no response in such a short time. Not all of us are on here every day. ;)

Your initial writeup seemed to point to a networking issue, and you have discovered that to be true. Networking issues can be extremely difficult to troubleshoot without being there. Glad you discovered it yourself, and learned a little about your network as well.

May you have continued success with both your network and Serviio. :D
