Problem with HUMAX TN 5050 HDR AV satellite receiver

My previous receiver is broken, so I baught an HUMAX TN 5050 HDR AV satellite receiver. But I have problem with servio. On the receiver I see all my video files , but I cannot play them. I tried generic DLNA console, and sone others, but nothing works. What can I do?
I can play music files and pictures.
Generic profile do not work, which one could I try?

You need to provide some details of what file types are supported by your device. Look at your manual, and also see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19.

With the basic Twonky media server (unfortunately it is too basic and I do not like it) I can read without problems all my avi files. With serviio I see the file, but when I click on it nothing happens.

Having no solution, i uninstalled serviio and installed an other soft which is working. I prefered serviio when it was working with my ET9000, but what else?
