Files missing from library

I am running Windows 8 and Serviio 1.4.1.2. Some of my video files are not being added to the library. In the log I get the following:

I have searched both online and through the forums and can find to reference to this error. All my files are MP4s and were made with the same program with the same settings. I have attached 2 MediaInfo files. One for a movie that loads to my library and one that gets the above error. I see no discernible difference in the files.

Re: Files missing from library

Can't see why - try remuxing one of the "faulty" files:

    ffmpeg -i "F:\Movies A-N\B\Beastmaster.mp4" -c copy -map 0 "F:\Movies A-N\B\Beastmaster Test.mp4"
and see if that can be read.

Re: Files missing from library

post ffmpeg -i of the faulty video. But the log says it cannot determine the video's width (via FFmpeg)

Re: Files missing from library

I corrected the issue. I was tagging my files with iTunes and apparently all iTunes tagging is not equal. I used Meta X to tag and files then appear in Library. Thank you for your assistance.
