Video randomly pausing while playing

I am streaming a variety of video files from my computer to my 360, including mkv, avi, wmv, and mp4. I am streaming over a wireless G connection. Every video files I try to play does this random pausing. When playing, the video will pause itself for a few seconds then resume playing. It is as though there is a buffer glitch because it will do this random pause/resume anywhere in the video and will do it multiple times. It can do it right at the beginning, middle, or near the end. My serviio is requiring I use a 64-bit version of Java (which I don't know if that is typically required) and I have installed the latest version (v7 u65). I have installed both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

I even reinstalled my OS to try to solve this problem because it started happening and still continues even after the reinstall.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? I am using Serviio 1.4.1.2.

First thoughts is that it is the use of Wireless G. Can you try using a wired connection?
