Error Message cannot connect to serviio server it does not s

hi,

i'm on a mac osx version 10.8.5


i have the recommended Java installed (Version 7 Update 65).

i have the most recent version of serviio installed. servio 1.4 1.2 mac osx

i downloaded this program and it worked fine just past the free trial for the pro version, and then i started getting this error when i'd try to open it,

"cannot connect to serviio server it does not seem to be running. exiting . . ."

i have installed the newest java, and uninstalled and reinstalled a million times. and i just cant get this to work anymore. this was the only media server i was able to use, and now i can't get it to work.

if someone can help me get this to work i will purchase the pro version.

i'd give you a log but i dont know how seeing i cant get the program to open.

also any similar topics that i found on the forum did not meet with my specifics,

you'd see this only when running the console. You can give us log of Serviio server.
