can't access serviio on desktop

I can't access serviio on my desktop through my phone HTC one m8 on 4g, I could access it at home on the WiFi but on 4g I can't any solutions?

Ps it says failure to open a connection to server

What app on the HTC are you using? You need to use either ServiiGo or Mediabrowser. You also need to be a Pro user (or in your evaluation period).
