How to select the renderer

My question seems pretty stupid, but I don't see it anywhere on the console or the MediaBrowser.
I have successfully setup a library of songs, and I see my renderer profile (Pioneer VSX-828) showing up as a "Generic DLNA profile", which is maybe fine for just music.

But where in the UI can I select to use my Pioneer render? Or any other renderer that appears on the list in the Status tab?

When Serviio runs, it makes its presence known on the lan, so any DLNA device connected to the lan will see it and allow you to display the Serviio content.
