Can't Download Serviio onto IPhone 4s

I would like to have access to my complete Music Library which consists of Music I've imported into my ITunes Library. I'm hoping I could download Serviio on my IPhone 4s and gain access to my imported library in ITunes. Each time I've tried to do so it won't download!!! Is there anyway that I can accomplish this task???
