All movies not coming up on Blu ray player

I recently had a problem with my computer that took a lot of troubleshooting involving disabling unnecessary startup programs and replacing the hard drive that i store all my movies on that i use with Serviio to stream to my Blu ray player. Since i got everything working again, i noticed a lot of movies are missing from the Blu-ray player's list. I did some looking on the internet and found out that i had disabled Windows Search which could affect that so i started it again. I also started Windows Media player which, oddly, made me go through a setup as if it's the first time i ever started it. Anyway, i did all that, restarted my computer, and there are still movies missing from the blu-ray player lists.

I figured it out after a lot of troubleshooting. It wasn't Serviio. I had copied the files onto a new hard drive from my old (failing) hard drive and, for some reason, most of the copied files would not play. They looked fine in explorer but windows didn't recognize them as video files. After restoring from a backup drive, everything showed up in Serviio.
