File mkv on ps3 stop after a few minutes

Hello, and sorry for my English,

I still have a question about reading the mkv file on my playstation 3 (slim). Yes, there is already a lot post on this subject but I don't find answer to solve my problem.

I have several .mkv file (> 4GB) when I start reading it from Serviio if the file is played properly and fails 10min later, with the message incompatible data information for the PS3.
This same file is played properly until the the PS3 media server application (PMS). I tried to compare the two profile for the Playstation3, but I don't understand these files.

- No problem on the log file serviio.log :'(

/! \ I noticed that the temporary file transcode Serviio always 4GB in size and no more. (but my filesytem is ext3 / architecture - i386)

Re: File mkv on ps3 stop after a few minutes

Serviio is not unstable. I play MKV files all the time. I am on the Windows platform, not Linux, but I haven't heard of an issue using any OS.

However, I will say that my Sony BD players (not a PS3, but still Sony) have been acting up for months playing videos. It got so ridiculous that I no longer use them. The movie would play for about 10 minutes, then freeze. The player wasn't locked, and I could hit stop and then play to resume the movie. However, it would again stop playing after another short time. I've heard from one or two others that the same thing might be happening. Sounds more like a Sony firmware issue.
