Problem with version 1.5

I just installed version 1.5, but the application will not pick up my rendering device (an LG 55L V5400 television) in the Status window. After several attempts to get the system working, I reverted to version 1.4.1.2 and the device showed immediately. Suggestions? I use an iMac 27" Late 2012 computer, running OSX 10.10, with 32GB of RAM.

this is not detailed log. Follw the steps in the link and post the log again - there should be a lot of DEBUG lines

in the meantime, I assume 192.168.1.27 is the IP of your Mac?

Also, do you have a firewall that might be blocking port 8895 for the app (the name and location of serviio has changed in 1.5, so the firewall rules might need o be updated)

It also appears UDP 1900 is open:

I'm not sure how the firewall on OSF works, but is it tied to a username? Serviio now runs as 'root'...
