FFmpeg problem

Hi all,

Thanks a lot for this incredible app Serviio !
I apologize in advance for my English. I use Google Translate to write to you :)

I use Serviio only for the online stream with a lot of my friends/familly.
But I've a small processor for that (HP EX470 MediaSmart Server). So all videos are previously converted into iOS format with low bitrate. For 3G or bad wifi connexion.
A lot of people can use my server with iOS or Androïd device. (20Mbits my speed upload) without use my processor.

BUT if Media browsers is used from a PC. So FFmpeg.exe run and use my processor at 100% capacity. If a second client use Media browser too. My Server crash...
And when everyone is offline, FFmpeg.exe still run with 100% use capacity
How can I avoid this?

And second question : I would like to prevent the possibility to choose the medium/low quality on Media Browser. because I converted the videos to relieve the processor.

Thank You.

Re: FFmpeg problem

How is MediaBrowser used? On a PC? If yes, it all gets transcoded to Flash, normally. If on iOS/Android, they should not transcode (if you use Original quality).

Need some detailed log and ffmpeg -i for the files.
