Can't get .MKV files to play on my XBox One

So today I did a google search and found serviio as a recommend way to get my media files to play on my XBox One. I installed it and added a few files to the library. Started up a movie that was a .MP4 and that played fine. Next I tried one of my .MKV files and it didn't work. I tried another from a completely different set of .MKV files and no dice. The XBox displays a can't play video eventually with the error code 0xc00d36c4 (0xc00d36c4). One time it started playing the audio but no video to go with. Is there something I missed or haven't set up properly? I'd apperciate help with getting the .MKV's to play as they are the reason I tried doing this in the first place.

Sorry for that, didn't see it . The OS is Windows 7 Ultimate with service pack 1. For the detailed log do I just enable it then try to play the file again or just enable it, run serviio and post the log?

So this file has a FLAC audio, which is not supported by the XBox. Also, the video stream is h264 Hight 10 - I'm not sure if this profile is supported either. I will add some transcoding rules for this file for the next version.
