upgrade to 1.51 dropped my library

upgraded from 1.5, to 1.51 today.

hit the library, and everything was gone.
luckily my config is not too complicated, and I re-added and res-caned

I looked through the logs, but don't see anything related to the upgrade. Are there upgrade specific logs I can grab and post ?

Almost forgot, running windows version, on server 2008R2,
Servio installed in D:/program files

there are no logs re upgrade. The installer should just keep the original /library folder, where everything is stored. is that not the case?
