File not recognized due to naming?

Posting from work, will post log file when I get home.

File permissions are 0755 on both files mentioned below.

File not recognized is named: "Banshee - 3x09 - Even God Doesn't Know What to Make of You.mp4"

I renamed to "test.mp4" and the file is immediately recognized with a force refresh and plays fine.

Any thoughts?

File name possibly to long?

"Banshee - 3x09 - Even God Doesn't Know What to Make of You.mp4" worked fine for me?? Added the file both to the Folders Category and to the Series Category.
Will need to see the log.

Ended up moving all files and deleting the folder.

Created a new folder and moved files back into it, all files were then recognized.

Not sure why it happened but its resolved.
