Console is listing movies not in any of my serviio folders?

So, long story short I set my serviio library to 2 folders, d:\tv shows, and d:\movies.

However, lately. Movies and series' I've never put onto my computer, let alone those folders at all are appearing. and sometimes in VERY LARGE duplicate. For example right now it's showing there are 13+ copies of something called "Asian Stories", which I've never even heard of until now.

I have no idea where they're coming from, or how to fix it. I might have missed it, but I didn't see anything on it.

In my case, it is duplicating some TV shows. It has never happened before. Looking into the LOG it shows the same file indexed twice. I made sure the file it is not duplicated. Moreover, if I I delete the file, it dissapears form the index. If I restore the file, it again appears twice.
