no devices in renderer profile

Hi,

Please can someone help.

i have been using Serviio brilliantly recently but i had to restart my macbook and when it came back up the renderer profiles had changed from one green dot profile of my song bravia TV to a red dot for the TV and another amber dot for unknown. i deleted these and now i can't get anything back up. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled as per instructions in the FAQ but it still remains empty and doesn't connect to my TV.

What else can i do.

When looking for the location of serviio,

I've looked where is says in the support section. /Library / application support / serviio but i get as far as application support but can't find serviio there.

Are you going in via terminal? make sure it's the system's /Library, rather than the users one (~/Library)
