Re: Cannot play any files

I tried to look up what the box supports, but I can't find anything. Their web site makes no mention of DLNA support, and one review I found says it will play over DLNA but didn't offer any further information. They only mentioned MP4, but that doesn't cover what video and audio might be contained in the MP4 file.

You might experiment with different profiles, such as DirecTV or Roku, or maybe the different Sony or Samsung profiles. They all cover files differently, so maybe one of them will cover it. If you're on the Default profile, that transcodes almost nothing, so that's the least likely one to work.

Perhaps someone can offer some supporting information about the player here...

Re: Cannot play any files

Does this help, its an old document: https://www.fetchtv.com.au/pdf/Fetch_TV ... ervers.pdf. Page 12 talks about Serviio (but its old, its talking about Java 6), and page 20 describes the formats supported.
