I have begun getting these messages every 30 seconds. The closest available file is C:\Program Files\Serviio\library\search\_2re_Lucene41_0.tim
Any idea why?

Looks like the search index is corrupted, or got corrupted during an update. Reinstall is probably the only way to fix it.
