DLNA Audio Streaming

I have FLAC music files on my laptop Win 7 OS. Laptop is wireless (no TP plug connection), Wireless Hub connected to household electric socket via TP plug and Onkyo DLNA receiver connected to houehold electric socket via TP plug.

When streaming audio, there is a regular drop-outs approx 2-3 sec. It is very annoying.
What could be the problem. (Using Serviio).

I found the socket plugs to be a bit of a hit and miss. Any chance trying the same with a wired ethernet cable to see if the connection is really the problem?
