Half of Library Does Not Play Suddenly( MKV showing as M2TS)

So I installed Serviio yesterday evening, and have been using it through a Sony Blu Ray Player, and also testing it on a PS4.

Everything was perfect throughout the night, everything I tested worked correctly, and had no errors or slowdown of any kind.

Started up Serviio today however, and half of my library refuses to play. Anything labeled as "mkv" works fine still, but those labeled as "m2ts" refuse to play.

The thing is, all these files marked as "m2ts" that do not play, worked perfectly fine yesterday, and I do NOT recall seeing them labeled as "m2ts" before. I seems to remember everything being marked as "mkv".

Very, very strange.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did the renderer profile assigned to the device change (Serviio Console, Status tab)?
Do the files show correctly in Serviio Mediabrowser?

I was using Generic to start and then did switch over to the Sony BD-P-Sx100 later in the evening. But everything at that time continued to work perfectly. I did try resorting back to the Generic again, but it still does not work.

All the files seem to be showing correctly in the Media Browser. All are showing .mkv extensions.

I did find a thread elsewhere with someone having a similar issue, but it's way above my head.
