move Serviio from Windows to Linux - can I reuse database?

My Serviio runs on Windows currently. Data folders (music, images, videos) are located on a NAS. Now I 'd like to move Serviio to Raspberry Pi (Raspbian). Can I simply copy the existing database folder structure to the Linux computer, or do I need to rescan there? Since scanning my huge number of items took a couple of days I'd like to avoid doing it again if possible.

It will only work if the file paths are the same.

You'd need to install Serviio and then copy the /library folder over from your old computer.
