Subtitles not working

Hi.
I have an issue when the subs are not showing on my tv, while using serviio streming service. The subttitle tipe is .srt, it is named the same as the film, the enable subtitles icon is marked. I dont know what is wrong or what i am doing wrong. I just did a basic install of serviio and i havent messed with any of its setting.

TV model?
Movie file type?

Most TVs only support limited subtitle types, for limited media types.

It isnt a tv but a media playing device, that you get when you are substripted to one medias in our country. I have speaked to our tehicians and they said the type of the subtitles and the film isnt the problem.

Film types are XVID, HDTV, DVDrip and so one but no one is works with subs.
