1.6 no serviio icon

I have install 1.6 and now i dont have a icon in task bar. With 1.5.x i see a icon.

The console is now a web (browser) based application. There is no longer a system tray icon - see http://www.serviio.org/news/91-version-1-6-released.

So the program is only "on" when the console is open? Does that mean you cannot set to start when Windows start as in 1.5?

No, the icon was never an indicator of the Serviio service itself. It was only displayed if the console was open, possibly minimized but running none the less. Now that the console is web based, there's no console application to run and no icon to display.

The Serviio service will still run at boot up by default.
