Subtitle problem - Sharp TV

Hi all im new here and im newbe for all this things

I have TV Sharp LC-40CFE6242E Smart LED http://www.sharp.eu/av/product/6240-2/40/lc-40cfe6242e/ and i run Serviio pro 1.6.1 on Windows 8.1 64bit
My problem is that when i play movie on tv cant see subtitle. Movie is mp4 format and subtitle is in srt. So can someone help me how to do that or i must convert in some other video format? I tried everything and nothing happens to show subtitle

One more question OFFTopic: I have also problem when i transfer movie on usb flash and play on this tv my subtitle is here but cant see all letters, for example i see some [], è or just empty space instead of č, ć, š, đ, ž

You will have to turn on Hardsubs in the console. And either converts the SRT to UTF-8 or enter the file encoding type in the console.
