Rocki Play as BubbleUPNP renderer
Hi folks, not sure if anyone else uses a Rocki but they are cool little devices that let you stream DLNA (and Airplay I think) to any audio device.
Combined with Serviio and BubbleUPNP it's a great and much cheaper alternative to things like Sonos without losing fidelity like (cough) bluetooth.
Anyway, mine's been working great but recently I can't stream from Serviio using BubbleUPNP as the controller and Rocki as the renderer.
Serviio-Bubble-Onkyo DLNA receiver continues to work fine as does Serviio-Onkyo and Serviio-Sony Blu-ray.
I can play local media from my android to the Rocki using Bubble and from Windows 10 to the Rocki using WMP, it's just streaming from Serviio that doesn't work any more.
Debug logging showed this sequence where 1.17 is the IP address of the Rocki and 1.7 is my Serviio server:
DEBUG [MediaItemDAOImpl] Getting counts of media items by type
DEBUG [WebServer] I/O error: Connection reset by peer: socket write error
DEBUG [ServiioHttpService] Incoming request from /192.168.1.17:46191: GET /resource/69941/MEDIA_ITEM/MP3-0/ORIGINAL HTTP/1.0, headers = [Host: 192.168.1.7:8895,User-Agent: MPlayer 1.0rc4-4.3.2,Icy-MetaData: 1,Range: bytes=0-,Connection: close]]
DEBUG [RendererDAOImpl] Reading a Renderer with ip address 192.168.1.17
Same sequence rendering locally on my Android IP 1.23 shows this:
DEBUG [MediaItemDAOImpl] Getting counts of media items by type
DEBUG [ServiioHttpService] Incoming request from /192.168.1.23:41380: GET /resource/69941/MEDIA_ITEM/MP3-0/ORIGINAL HTTP/1.1, headers = [Host: 192.168.1.7:8895,Connection: keep-alive,User-Agent: stagefright/1.2 (Linux;Android 4.4.4),Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate]]
DEBUG [RendererDAOImpl] Reading a Renderer with ip address 192.168.1.23
All the devices use Generic DLNA profile in Serviio. I have a request in to BubbleUPNP support with detailed logging from my phone. This happens with all devices about 20 feet from my router and strong wifi connections.
Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
