MediaBrowser Videos Never Load

Just purchased the pro edition in order to use MediaBrowser while I'm away for a few weeks.

I can browse the folders, view thumbnails, view length of video files - but can't play them. It just loads and loads and loads. Serviio 1.7 running on Windows. MediaBrowser via Chrome v53 on macOS, flash version 23.

Any ideas?

Seems to be related to the video filetype - just found an old (2010) SD mp4 file and it works fine.

File I'm trying to view that just loads forever is an x264 mkv

Are you on local network? You could try to lower the quality.

I'm away - so can't adjust quality or anything unfortunately. Sigh

You can chose quality in the MediaBrowser player. Unless you're on iOS.

Only an HD button in macOS Chrome, which doesn't do anything while it's loading it seems
