Is there a way to see on the computer where it is installed Serviio the folder structure that you see when browsing the dlna server from television? in addition to the folders I want to see the file names that will be presented. Thank you
Re: Show folrder on pc
In the Presentation settings, Folders are one of the options available. Looking in this from your TV will show all of your files contained in the shared Serviio folders. This is the only place you can see the full file name.
But you can only see the folders configured in the Serviio console as a shared media folder. These are not the install folders for Serviio. None of those are view-able from the TV.

I'm sorry, but I'm not following you. On the computer you should be able to browse anywhere, where Serviio is installed, where the shared media files are located, etc. What exactly are you trying to see, and from where? Sitting at the computer?

Re: Show folrder on pc
For example: I want to see if Serviio has correctly recognized a video, before it goes me to sit on the couch and find that I do not find the video in the list.
Re: Show folrder on pc
You can use a recent version of VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/). In VLC open the playlist (ctrl +L or click view \playlist),in the playlist click
"Universal Plug'n'Play", give it some time to load. You will be able to browse through Serviio's content.

If you have purchased the Pro version of Serviio, you could use the MediaBrowser to see the last added before leaving the computer. As jk50 said, VLC will allow viewing a uPnP (DLNA) server, and there are also apps for phones and tablets. You also might open the Console and force a refresh to ensure it has been identified by Serviio.
