Files visible but won't play

I am able to see Serviio and am able to see all of the files that I expect to see, but whenever I try and play a file, it does not play. The following is the entry in the log (and this is what I'm getting for every file):

what's your device? looks like LG.

One of the devices is LG, and the others are a PS3 and a few windows boxes running xbmc. Outside of that, (if I can get everything working properly) I'm planning on getting a squeezebox touch.

these log entries are not related to playback. Are you on wifi? Might be network issue.

The following are hardwired:
Windows XP box with xbmc
LG TV

The following are wifi:
Laptop with xbmc
PS3

Are there specific entries within the logs that I should look out for? I'll probably try a clean install and set DEBUG and see what I get. Any other ideas?

I think I got it all figured out, but my xbmc box is still not playing. Which profile should I use for a Windows box with xbmc on it?
