TV doesnt detect servio, i disable windows firewall then its ok, its detecting it...

Win 10 64bit, no av, win defender disabled in every way possible.

The screenshot you posted appears to be in support of the Serviio console, which uses port 23423/23523. Here's a quote from the Serviio Wiki page: "Make sure you open TCP 8895 and UDP 1900 ports in firewall." On a Windows PC the Serviio installer is supposed to configure it automatically, but I've seen Windows updates reset the firewall without telling.
