If you are referring to using MediaBrowser, the answer is no, there's no guest function. That doesn't mean you can't create a generic user name and password that you can provide to others for use, and then restrict access via that account if desired.
If you mean for device access within your home network, no name/password is necessary for devices across the network, so no "guest" account needed. However, you can restrict access by device with a user account that has the restrictions desired. Such access control is managed in the Serviio console.
