Cover art dupe with dual links....I don't get it?

So I am getting dups in the image art after I swapped the original image with the new one. All the new ones are in place, but it left 5 originals.

If I click on either one, both will play the correct video.

I've told serviio in library to rescan.

I've told serviio in meta to rescan.

I waited 24 hours, and it still remains.

I don't want to remove and re-add as that will correct all the last added.

How do I resolve this? It is really annoying even though there is no "issue" persay.

Thoughts?

Not sure why the image tag isn't working here, the URLs are identical.....something wrong with the forum?

EDIT: Must be a chrome thing, image shows up in other browsers

EDIT: It's a mixed content thing...site is https, my site is http only. Ugg.
