I can't say. My server is currently showing 6082 video files, and I'm adding more right now.
Your Serviio log might show any problems scanning. You can find it under C:/Program Files/Serviio/Log/serviio.log. Once the file has reached 5 MB it starts a new log. If you have more than one log file (ignore the derby.log file) you can just attach the most current one here. Unless you have file names that you don't want seen publicly, there's no personal information in the log.
