If you view Serviio via any other device (MediaPlayer, some DLNA player on your home network) do those new photos appear? If so, then the problem is with ServiiGo, which is supported by its developer, not Serviio.
If the new files don't appear in any player, try doing a manual Library Refresh using the button in the Serviio console. If that makes them appear, you might consider changing the Shared Folder setting to use the Poller method of checking for new files.
I will mention that if I edit any of my playlist files, I have to do a force refresh for Serviio to see the changes.
