TVdb is not indexing "The 4400" with Serviio

I tried naming the Series directory "4400" and got season 1 only. Naming it "The 4400" I get no listing under Series.
[4400]
   [Season 1]
   [Season 2]
   [Season 3]
   [Season 4]
... the spelling is correct. Is there any way to use their listing number?

Re: TVdb is not indexing "The 4400" with Serviio

Serviio no longer uses TheTVDB, instead using TheMovieDB. When I look there, I see two TV shows: 4400 (2021) and The 4400 (2004). Depending on which series you are referring to, I would name the folder with that series as shown, with the year added. See if Serviio grabs the correct series then.

I personally don't have separate folders for each season. I just follow the naming convention that most databases offer. For The 4400, I would name the files as follows: "The 4400 - S01E01 - Pilot.xxx", again, with the year of the series in the primary folder.
