What's the best folder to install Serviio for Ubuntu Server

Hi,

I would like to install serviio on my ubuntu server ... So, wath's the best folder for put it ? etc/bin ?

And, where is the conf file for set the folder witch contain the film ?

When I start the server, serviio start automatically, but I would like to start manually, how can I do ?
