The same problem here. My DLNA clients don't see Serviio (after a S3 sleep) until the PC is restarted...

Known issues. You can use this workaround from jammoblammo: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8393#p67123
The good news is that the next release largely fixes this issue (still being tested, though so far so good).
