Metadata Woes: Troublesome "The X-Files" Series

Hi, folks. I've read a number of invalid metadata topics on here an tried several things including building an nfo file (think I've got it right), checking thetvdb.com & various Serviio settings with no luck.

"The X-files" (series not movie) is discovered as "The X Factor Battle of the Stars" despite being in the correct file structure and Serviio picking-up the right thumbnails ("The Truth is Out There" graphic is a great clue). Since Battle of the Stars has just 8 episodes, 16 of my X-Files sessions are not viewable.

My Movies, which I use separately, picks-up The X-Files OK. If I set Serviio to MyMovies for metadata then all offerings disappear after a library refresh. Occurs on both Serviio 1.01/WHS 2011 and 0.6.2/WHS 1 so not likely a version issue.

This is the only series I have a problem with. Seeking help!

Re: Metadata Woes: Troublesome "The X-Files" Series

Resolved after plugging away with different filename combinations. My Movies requires "The X-Files" for the folder name and doesn't are about the filename provided it is s01e01, etc format; thetvdb requires "XFiles s01e01" not The X-Files.
