Turning of the alphabet level?

Is it possible to turn off somehow the letter selection level menu from Artists Albums index? I do not have that many albums and usually, when I want to listen to something, I just browse the list to pick up something interesting. The alphabet index assumes that I have my preference ready, which is not as convenient...
