Serviio missing some files

I've got Serviio on a Win 7 machine, accessing on a PS3. I've noticed lately I've got a few files missing, as in an entire series that I can find via 'FOLDERS / ', but not via 'SERIES'?

Any ideas why?

file name which has not been properly recognized by the online metadata databases.

But that's the thing, the file is the same as any other tv series file name and it WAS showing up in SERIES, but isn't now.
