Serviio losing after reboot my library

Im use serviio On WHS 2011, my library is on a bitlocker secure storage. After a reboot i must unlock this before. And this is my Problem every reboot need a complet rescan from my library and that cost ~8 hours for 16000 files that is a realy useless time waste . How i can fix that Problem? Its that the locked HDD ? Serviio can`t use the locked storage and delete the library befor i can unlock the HDD ?
