Upgrade from 0.5.2 unsuccessful on Mac

The site administrator suggested I start a new topic on this subject.

I am a non-technical person looking for a "plain English" solution. I reproduce below the correspondence to date.

Q: I have been using ver 0.5.2 successfully, but have been unable to get either 0.6.2 or 1.0.1 to work correctly. My computer (Mac) recognises the TV (green dot). My TV recognises the wireless router, but not the Serviio server (when ver 0.6.2 and 1.0.1 running). Any tips appreciated.

A: Can you post the serviio.log file from 1.0.1

Read the result in serviio.log in log folder inside Serviio installation directory (Mac users have to 'browse contents' of Serviio.app).

I assume 192.168.1.1 it the IP of the Mac? otherwise the log looks ok.

Thanks. Yes that is the Mac IP address.

So any ideas why the newer versions of Serviio won't work on my Mac, but 0.5.2 continues to do so?

Any things I might try?
