Client won't launch on Mac

Downloaded serviio for the first time but the client won't launch on my mac. Running OS X 10.6.8. Serviio icon moves up and down but nothing happens, stops moving after a while. How can i fix this ? Already tried downloading/installing again.

Start Serviio first (there is no window open at this point), then Serviio Console (it either open the window, or puts an icon into the notification area, clicking on which will open the window)
