Plugins Folder on Mac

Hi, Sorry i know this is a noob question but I can't locate the plugins folder on my mac. I have looked in Library/Preferences and Library/Application Support but i can't find it.

Inside the Serviio.app

i still dont know where to find the .app folder. servio and servio-console are in my applications and i cant add this file to those. the only other serviio folder i know of is the one i downloaded serviio in called "serviio.1.0.1-o.s.x". Please tell me wher ei can find serviio.app

Serviio.app is the actual Serviio icon in the folder. Rignt-click on it and browse the contents.
