MediaBrowser Bad and Tinny Audio

I have tried turning transcoding off from the console, and having it set to 'original', but the audio quality of all videos in my library is not good. It is not the original videos as I know they are fine. Help appreciated.

Re: MediaBrowser Bad and Tinny Audio

You could try increasing the audio codec in the application-profiles.xml. Standard is mp3. Change it to aac.

Apparently, you can only use aac with m4v or mpg files when viewing with flowplayer. So I guess you also have to encode into a different container if you want to use aac. So don't forget to change that as well.
