help installing serviio with ubuntu 12.1

Hi, i d'ont speak or write very good in english.

I'am new with Linux, i have always used Windows since the beginning. I can use Serviio very good in windows, but here in ubuntu i'am lost.
I found a lot of info on the forum site, but i can't and i don't understand it......
Please can some one help me ,step by step (really step by step) how to launch the server.....

i have it on my tv now, the console.....everething....... tx

Only, for the library, i can only have acces on the path were ubuntu is installed, and not the other hard drives and the nas.
i have founded this night how to acces my nas files with nautilus, but not yet how to put a link in the console for that he can take my movie's and pics from the hdd and nas...
