Anime not appearing in Series

I have some Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood saved in folder structure E:\Data\Video\Anime\Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood\Season 1\01 - Fullmetal Alchemist.mkv
It does not appear in series. Help?

I have turned on detailed logging, which information do you need from it to help?

Renamed to 01x01 - Fullmetal Alchemist, 01x02 - The Firs... Etc.
Works perfectly now
